Make time for reflection

People don’t usually reflect. (I’m not talking about vampires.)

One of the most valuable things you can do

Is create the time and space

For your people to stop

And reflect.

Life is not about the experiences we have. Life is about what we take from them.

Help your people take more from their experiences by asking:

“How did it go?”

“What did you learn?”

“What was most/least enjoyable?”

“Did you learn anything new about yourself?”

“Knowing what you know now, what would you do differently next time?”

Optimize the experience.
